RNA-Seq Data between invitro replicative senescent and invivo Aged senescent fibroblast cells.

The replicative senescent dermal fibroblast were compared to non-senescent fibroblast and invivo fibroblast cells from Aged healthy donors. The replicative senescent and non senescent cells were incubated in 10% DMEM medium with 5% Co2 37 degree and the invivo human fibroblast cells were isolated from the skin biopsy with 24hrs using Anti-human p16 antibody. The isolation was further confirmed with Sca1 and FSP-1 Anti-human antibodies. The mRNA was isolated under standard protocol and sent for libprep and NGS seq.
