This dataset provides the complete three-dimensional full-field reconstructions of residual stress and eigenstrain for a CM247LC superalloy component fabricated via Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), both in its as-printed and aging-treated (900 °C for 8 h) states. The data were generated using a mechanics-informed Eigenstrain Tomography framework validated by independent neutron diffraction measurements.
The provided ZIP file contains high-resolution volumetric data in .vtu (VTK Unstructured Grid) format, which can be visualized and post-processed using open-source software such as ParaView. The datasets explicitly include the following tensor and scalar fields:
