This dataset includes all code and data required to reproduce the DNA cleavage assay results of "Structural and kinetic characterization of OsCas12f1 reveals R-loop-limited activation and sgRNA-dependent conformational gating." It includes raw gel images used in the paper, lane profiles as .csv files, fitting results as .xlsx files and all Python scripts used in the analysis.
