BIBB CBS 2022/23 Interims Data Set: Costs of Turnover for Firms

The data set is especially generated to reproduce results from the article "Do firms with works councils prefer agreeable job applicants? A discrete choice experiment" by Harald Pfeifer, Caroline Wehner, Andries de Grip and Julia Kensbock. The article is published in Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society and analyses whether recruiters from firms with a works council prefer agreeable job candidates. The data set is an interims data set of the BIBB-CBS Wave 2022/23, containing a set of 1565 firms.
