## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.\n\n\n\nThe boundaries of Petroleum Leases in Queensland.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nDisplay the boundaries and names of principal holders of all application and granted Petroleum Leases (PL).\n\n\n\nThe data is automatically updated every night from the Department's MERLIN tenures and geoscience information system.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nData downloaded from the Queensland Government, Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Interactive Resource and Tenure Maps (IRTM). Interactive resource and tenure maps allow you to zoom, pan, search and display geological data with mining and exploration tenure information for the whole of Queensland.
