For the purpose of our partners and the community to find demographic information on individual member of households that applied for services provided by the Office of Social Services. The data is updated anually based on the previous fiscal year and it includes: Client Index Household Index Race Gender Ethnicity Disability Status Military Status Health Insurance (Y/N) Employment Status Education Status Head of Household (Y/N) Age The focus of the Office of Social Services (OSS) is to provide essential services for Louisville residents, especially for low and moderate income populations, including: preventing homelessness; delivering Meals on Wheels; helping families build financial stability and security; operating LIHEAP to help residents stay safe and warm; making microloans to jumpstart small businesses; and supporting eight Neighborhood Places.本数据集旨在协助合作方与社区群体查询申请社会服务办公室（Office of Social Services）所提供服务的家庭个体成员的人口统计信息。该数据集以上一财年为基准按年度更新，涵盖以下字段：客户索引、家庭索引、种族、性别、族裔、残疾状况、兵役状况、健康保险参保情况（是/否）、就业状况、教育状况、户主身份（是/否）、年龄。社会服务办公室（Office of Social Services，简称OSS）的核心服务目标是为路易斯维尔市居民提供基础保障服务，重点覆盖低收入与中等收入群体，具体服务包括：防范无家可归现象、开展上门送餐服务（Meals on Wheels）、助力家庭构建财务稳定性与安全感、运行低收入家庭能源援助计划（LIHEAP）以帮助居民维持居家安全与温暖、发放微型贷款以扶持小微企业起步，以及支持八家社区邻里服务站点。
