Modified complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas phage vB_Pae-TbilisiM32. Pseudomonas phage vB_Pae-TbilisiM32

In a previous project PRJNA167051, the genome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteriophage vB-Pae-TbilisiM32 was completely sequenced with Beckman CEQ8000 capillary sequencer. In the current project, the phage was re-sequenced by Illumina MiSeq platform to generate data with high coverage and the sequence was assembled with CLC genomics workbench. By aligning these two sequences generated by different platforms, 194 sporadic mismatches and 7 gaps were found. And, the regions covering these differences were amplified by PCR and sequenced with Sanger sequencing to confirm the sequence of this phage.
