We use a probabilistic inverse method to jointly invert newly processed Rayleigh wave dispersion data, surface heat flow, geoid anomalies and absolute elevation. The output is a 3D model of the seismic, temperature, bulk density and compositional structure of the whole lithosphere beneath the western part of the Junggar terrane. "3D_model_General_inversion.xlsx" and "3D_model_Constrained_inversion.xlsx" are the final 3D models from general inversion and constrained inversion, respectively. Each file includes the 3D distributions of temperature, density and shear wave velocity and 2D distributions of lithosphere-asthenosphere boundary and magnesium number in the upper mantle.
