GlaS (Gland Segmentation in Colon Histology Images Challenge)
本次挑战中使用的数据集包含 165 张图像，这些图像来自 T3 或 T42 期结直肠腺癌的 16 个 H&E 染色组织切片。每个切片属于不同的患者，切片是在实验室的不同场合处理的。因此，该数据集在染色分布和组织结构方面表现出很高的受试者间变异性。使用像素分辨率为 0.465µm 的 Zeiss MIRAX MIDI 幻灯片扫描仪将这些组织切片数字化为全幻灯片图像 (WSI)。
