Supllementary Intermediate Mechanism between the Structural Code and the Planck Length: Coherence Threshold for the Emergence of Spacetime Geometry

This dataset contains supplementary materials for the article“Intermediate Mechanism between the Structural Code and the Planck Length: Coherence Threshold for the Emergence of Spacetime Geometry” by Katarzyna Anna Paruzel. The package includes:– CSV data files with effective distance distributions for different simulation scenarios (low/high coherence, noise perturbations, reduction tests).– PDF plots illustrating the probability distributions $p(\ell)$, stability of the dominant scale $\hat{\ell}_*$, and phase maps of the coherence threshold.– Python scripts for reproducing figures from the CSV data (histograms, E1 curves, E2 phase maps). These materials document the numerical part of the research and allow independent verification of the results presented in the article.Data and plots are licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0.
