This submission represents the RNAseq component of the study. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of full-length transcripts (RNA-seq) was used to identify differences and similarities between the tested populations of primary adipocytes, Adipose derived MSCs (AdMSCs) and reprogrammed induced multipotent stem (iMS) cells.
