VISTA is a premier target for cancer treatment due to its broad expression in many cancer types and enhanced expression upon development of adaptive immune checkpoint resistance. Mechanisms of enhanced anti-tumor immunity were investigated using scRNAseq of the tumor immune infiltrate. Overall design: CD45+, AH1-tetramer+ or Ly6G+ cells were sorted from CT26 tumors treated with IgG, anti-VISTA, anti-PD-1+anti-CTLA4, anti-PD-1+anti-CTLA4+anti-VISTA or untreated.
