Dataset for: Influence of unsteady mass transfer on dynamics of rising and sinking droplet in water: Experimental and CFD study

This dataset reports the position and velocity of an organic droplet released in water over time. Several different initial mixture densities were used. The variation in droplet size with mass transfer was also reported using the experimental and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) diameters over time.
