These files deal with the following matters: Nepean River Compensation Weirs (Sydney water supply); pollution of Cook's River and Botany Bay; licences under the Water Act, 1912, and Crown Lands Irrigation Act, 1914; conservation of fish life; water rights and races held under the Mining Act; the illegal use of pumps and misuse of licences; and illegal works by landholders.
