Bacterial biogeography in the subsoil Raw sequence reads

How soil microbial communities are assembled across space and time is an important topic in microbial ecology. Most studies focused on understanding the biogegraphic patterns driving topsoil bacterial communities. In this study we investigated the factors underlying the biogeography of bacterial communities inhabiting the subsoil till 2.40 m across the midwest region (8 states) of the United States of America.
