Bulk RNA sequencing of various morphological locations and colony differentiation stages of Cristatella mucedo

RNA-sequencing of Cristatella mucedo: two dissections of mature colonies, and characterization of different developmental stages starting from frozen statoblasts. Overall design: The dataset compises of three groups of samples: two dissections of mature colonies, and one characterizing different developmental stages starting from frozen statoblasts. In the first case, the colony was divided into central (cent) and peripheral (edge) zones. In the second case, elongated colonies were divided into middle (mid) and terminal (ends) parts. In case of statoblast differentiation, differentiating statoblasts were sequenced immediately after being defrosted (freezer), or on day 2, 4, or 6 after the beginning of differentiation.
