Agropyron mongolicum has low yield and low kernel number.Therefore, it is necessary to identify genes associated with yield. To get a more comprehensive understanding of the transcriptomic information of A.mongolicum and decipher its yield-related genes and metabolic pathways, a combination of third generation and second generation sequencing techniques was used in this study.Using PacBioSequel, we sequenced and analyzed different parts (leaves, stems, young spikes and spikes) of high-yielding (H) and low-yielding (L)
