Ground truth scores used in the evaluation of PARSEbp

This repository contains ground truth scores for individual targets from CASP15 and CASP16 used in the evaluation of PARSEbp method.For each target, a .xlsx file is provided with ground truth scores collected from official CASP website (https://predictioncenter.org).Each file contains deocoy name and corresponding TM-score, lDDT, GDT_TS, RMSD, INF_All and composite score (G) as defined in PARSEbp.
