Revealing the Crucial Roles of Myxoma Cells and CD206+ Macrophages in Cardiac Myxoma Progression Based on Single-Cell Sequencing

Cardiac myxoma is a commonly encountered, potentially life-threatening tumor within the heart. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the identification and characterization of cellular subtypes, cell trajectory analysis, and intercellular communication of cardiac myxoma tissues. Overall design: Human cardiac myxoma cells were analyzed by single-cell sequencing after cardiac myxoma tissue was minced with scissors and digested with collagenase into single-cell suspensions.
