A comparative 'omics approach to candidate pathogenicity factor discovery in the brain-eating amoeba Naegleria fowleri

Reads were sequence from Naegleria fowleri strain LEE following growth in axenic culture or mouse passage. The purpose of this study was to identify genes that are differentially expressed in Naegleria fowleri following mouse passage as a proxy for human infection, compared to growth in cell culture.
