Mouse BMMC gene expression cell type markers

Yaml file containing cell type markers for mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells, based on gene expression. Intended to aid in cell type annotation of single cell RNAseq data. Markers were collected by public search, and were validated as working reasonably well as markers in scRNAseq data specifically. All citations are provided as comments in the yaml file.
