RAW DATA METABOLOMICS

This dataset contains raw metabolomics data generated to investigate metabolic alterations associated with reproductive dysfunction under negative energy balance conditions. Samples were analyzed using high-resolution mass spectrometry following standardized extraction and quality control procedures. Raw spectral files, processed peak tables, metabolite annotations, and associated metadata (including experimental design, sample grouping, and analytical parameters) are provided. Data processing involved peak detection, alignment, normalization, and metabolite identification using established databases. This dataset enables independent validation of the analyses and supports reuse for comparative and integrative metabolomics studies.
