Streptomyces sp. KY70 and KY75 strains have been isolated from soil of the Kherzet Youcef Pb/Zn former mine, in Ain Azel (SÃ©tif), Algeria. There genomes were sequenced using a combination of Oxford Nanopore long reads and MiSeq paired-end 2x150 bp reads. Assemblies were produced with the Unicycler software.Complete linear genomes of 7.8Mb were obtained for both strains.
