SARS-CoV-2 breakthrough infections represent a substantial challenge, as a growing number of infection cases have been documented in fully vaccinated individuals. Individuals with poor antibody responses are highly susceptible to reinfection, while those with robust antibody responses can achieve full immunity. To date, biomarkers correlated with the level of vaccine-elicited antibody responses remain lacking. This dataset provides antibody response data from a healthy cohort that received inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, and includes analyses of B cell receptor repertoires from serially collected samples. Following vaccination, all vaccinated individuals were found to harbor common shared antibody clones and neutralizing antibodies present in the associated database. Notably, the pre-vaccination preferential usage of antibody V genes and the ratio of IgG to IgM mRNA levels can effectively distinguish low vaccine responders from strong vaccine responders. These findings uncover the molecular characteristics associated with varying levels of post-vaccination antibody responses, which can be further developed into biomarkers for designing novel vaccination strategies.
