SOVIA : German Text to Speech Evaluation for the Elderly

For the ICT4AWE 2026 paper SOVIA a Social Voice Assistant Architecture Based on a Large Language Model to Reduce Loneliness Among Older Adults for a Participatory Field TrialWe conducted an evaluation of German speaking Text-To-Speech models and their preference rating by the elderly.This Zenodo Dataset contains the raw data from the survey and additional visualizations.The survey's raw data is in German.
