The MAG and contig names are provided in sequence header, separated by "_". ideel_sub_gtdb.tsv — mapping of selected MAG proteomes to the GTDB database for the IDEEL test. ideel_sub_trembl.tsv — mapping of selected MAG proteomes to the TrEMBL database for the IDEEL test. 2025-02-13_MFD_arcbac_genus_rarefaction_rel.csv — genus-aggregated relative abundance tables of MFD-SR samples.
