The differential ncRNA and mRNA expression profile was compared between hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues by microarray We use microarray to detail the gene expression of hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues and Identify differentially expressed genes The tissues from hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous were selected RNA extraction and hybriduzation on lncRNA+mRNA arrays. We sought to Investigate the interaction of RNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma. Cancer and paracancerous normal tissues were taken from the same patient. Please note that these arrays are dual channel but were processed in a single-channel analysis.
