Analysis code and derived data for: Genomic substrate, not environmental exposure, sets the direction of the aging methylome

Analysis code and derived data tables supporting the article "Genomic substrate, not environmental exposure, sets the direction of the aging methylome". The deposit contains three directories. results/ holds the derived tables from the four analyses run for this study: ENCODE primary-PBMC histone ChIP-seq signal quantification, the GSE193140 chromatin-accessibility analysis, the JASPAR 2024 motif and chromVAR scan, and the GSE324619 whole-genome bisulfite replication. scripts/ holds the Python scripts that produced those tables, with their run logs. table1_source/ holds the two tables behind Table 1 and Figure 3H. No raw data are included: every cohort used is already public, and accessions with sample numbers are listed in Supplementary Table S1 of the article.
