Municipal Appraisal Decisions in Türkiye: A Source-Linked Dataset of 968 Retention Entries

Source-linked dataset of all 968 retention entries in the Turkish Belediyeler Arşiv Belgesi Tespit ve Değerlendirme Formu (Municipal Archival Records Identification and Assessment Form), covering metropolitan/provincial, district, and town municipalities. Each entry is linked to its PDF page and serial number and records verbatim retention periods, the assessment note, the derived appraisal outcome, a municipal function, rationale codes, and cross-level series groups. The package also contains a verification sample, the codebook and coding of selection rationales, 930 headings of the current national standard file plans (2018, 2024 V.4), a RiC-O 1.1 knowledge graph with SHACL shapes and validation report, figures, and all scripts. The entries are appraisal statements of an advisory instrument, not disposal decisions.
