ITS (fungal) amplicon data from soil study at MPG Ranch. Dates in file names denote sequencing runs at Argonne National Lab. Files beginning with R1 are forward read files (raw fastq files) and files beginning with I1 are index sequences. Concatenate the R1 and I1 files (in alphabetical order) prior to demultiplexing. Full metadata mapping file, with barcodes, for all samples is included. Open reference OTU table (97% identity, singletons removed) also included.
