cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics

cBioPortal is a cancer genomics database. Originally developed by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, it is now maintained by a multi-institutional team. It integrates hundreds of cancer genomics research datasets including TCGA, ICGC and other related resources, and provides multi-dimensional cancer genomics data from over 535 studies and approximately 395,000 samples. Covering multiple research themes such as pan-cancer research, pediatric cancer, immunogenomics and more, the database supports analytical functions including gene mutation analysis and copy number variation analysis.
