资源简介:
慢性阻塞性肺疾病遗传资源库严格执行本单位呼吸疾病遗传资源库的规范和标准,进行统一的管理和操作。本资源库主要包括慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺动脉高压,样本类型包括全血、血清、血浆、尿液、DNA工作液、DNA原液和PBMC等类型。慢阻肺与肺血管病资源库从2010年开始建库,2013年实现电子化管理,病例总数达到4000例,样本总储存量为6万份左右。研究成果发表在Copd,EBioMedicine,Int J Chron Obstruct Pulmon Dis,Pulm Circ,Environ Sci Pollut Res Int,American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine、 Frontiers in Microbiology等SCI杂志,相关在研项目包括、国家科技部“精准医学研究”重点专项(2016YFC0903700,320万元),国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目等(8151001209,250万)。关于慢阻肺的局部免疫及系统免疫研究获得ATS International Trainee Scholarship Award等奖项。
The Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Genetic Resource Repository strictly adheres to the specifications and standards of the hospital's respiratory disease genetic resource repository for unified management and operation. This resource bank primarily stores samples related to COPD and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), with sample categories including whole blood, serum, plasma, urine, DNA working solution, stock DNA solution, and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), among others. Established in 2010, the resource bank implemented electronic management in 2013, and has now accumulated a total of 4,000 clinical cases and approximately 60,000 stored samples. Relevant research outcomes have been published in SCI-indexed journals such as COPD, EBioMedicine, International Journal of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases, Pulmonary Circulation, Environmental Science and Pollution Research International, American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, and Frontiers in Microbiology. Current ongoing research projects include the Key Special Project of "Precision Medicine Research" funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (Grant No. 2016YFC0903700, with a budget of 3.2 million RMB) and the Key International Cooperation Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant No. 8151001209, with a budget of 2.5 million RMB). Studies on local and systemic immunity of COPD have won awards including the ATS International Trainee Scholarship Award.
