Metagenomic data of alveolar lavage fluid in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis of different therapeutic effects

To explore the differences in the composition and function of alveolar microecological bacteria in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with different therapeutic efficacy. In this study, 32 patients with drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis after treatment were enrolled and divided into two groups based on therapeutic response: good efficacy group (n=16) and poor efficacy group (n=16).
