Tissue transcriptomes assembled from Aretaon asperrimus's head, mid-gut, ileum, rectum, and torso without head and digestive tract. This project is to identify the differential expressed Plant Cell Wall Degrading Enzymes between the species' anterior and posterior mid-gut. Additionally, the transcriptomes from other body tissues can contribute more information on the poorly understood digestion mechanism of stick insects.
