<b>Extended data for ‘Safety of remimazolam in comparison with midazolam for colonoscopy: A systematic review and meta-analysis’</b>

Treatment emergent adverse effects are focused in this study, with further subcategories of adverse effects being discussed.Purpose: Compare the safety profile between Remimazolam and Midazolam by screening for Treatment emergent adverse effectsMethodology: Two individual researchers used PubMed/MEDLINE and the Cochrane Library and searched for relevant randomized control trials up to July 17^th, 2023. MedRxiv and BioRxiv were also searched for preprints and other related articles. All significant studies were included using the relevant medical subject headings (Mesh terms).
