Analysis of mRNA expression profiles in reactivated neurons from latent PRV infection

To examine the effects of glucocorticoids on latently infected PRV neurons, we constructed gene expression profiles of RNA-seq data from PC-12 cell with a PRV latent infection model group (PRV group), a reactivation model group (DEX group) and a blank control group (CON group).为探究糖皮质激素对潜伏感染伪狂犬病毒（PRV）神经元的作用，本研究基于三组PC-12细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据构建了基因表达谱：三组分别为PRV潜伏感染模型组（PRV组）、病毒再激活模型组（DEX组）与空白对照组（CON组）。
