Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) abundance correlates with severity of atopic dermatitis (AD). It has been hypothesized that the skin microbiome might serve as therapeutic target. Investigation of changes in the skin microbiome related to response to targeted and non-targeted treatments may provide valuable insights. Objectives: To assess changes in the AD skin microbiome following treatment with dupilumab and non-targeted treatments.
