De novo assembly of Marasmius fiardii and Gymnopus androsaceus. Maker whole-genome annotations of the same two species, along with those of Collybiopsis luxurians, Collybiopsis confluens, and Moniliophthora roreri. Curated annotations of MAT loci in all these species plus Marasmius oreades.Update Oct 2025: Added alignments of predicted proteins for HD1 and HD2 from six fairy rings of Marasmius oreades. Each ring contained two alleles per gene. Ring ID is given in the fasta headers (e.g., "genemark-01-" refers to ring 01).
