Transcriptome of GCKR-P446L-EMI-B6N on a high-fat high-sugar diet Overall design: Mice were maintained on a diet (HFHSD) of high-fat (45%fat, 20% protein, 35% carbohydrate) and high sugar (10% glucose, 5% fructose) for 20 weeks; mice were culled and livers harvested for RNA extraction and sequencing.
