The aim of this study was to revealed the core fungal mechanisms of carbon(C) and nitrogen(N) transformation during co-composting of spent mushroom substrate(SMS) and corn steep liquor (CSL) process, this study provides a theoretical basis for carbon and nitrogen nutrition conservation of lower C/N ratio compost. CK (100% SMS) and CP(CK+0.5% CSL) were performed.
