This work completes the Standard Model particle spectrum and cosmological inflation within the noncommutative geometric unification paradigm. Key achievements include:• Neutrino mass hierarchy mνi ∝ γi exp(−i2/2αν) with γi = (1.2, 1.5, 3.0) and dark matter stabilization via topological invariant H = 2πk• Inflationary scalar perturbations from θ-fluctuations yielding ns = 0.9658, r = 0.0032, fNL = 2.7• Entropic origin of CMB anisotropies with characteristic non-Gaussian signatureTestable predictions: |mee| = 0.021 eV (LEGEND), σSI ∝ (⟨θ⟩/Λ)4 (XENONnT), fNL = 2.7 (CMB-S4).
