Whole-genome sequences of one Arthrobacter and three Pseudarthrobacter isolated from the Namib Desert

We report here the draft genome sequences of one strain of Arthrobacter sp. (NamB2) and three strains of Pseudarthrobacter spp. (NamE2, NamB4 and NamE5) isolated from top soil in the Namib Desert. The assemblies contain between 22 (NamB2) and 62 (NamB4) contigs >500 bp and range from 3.26 Mb (NamB2) to 4.03 Mb (NamE2). One plasmid was identified in Pseudarthrobacter sp. NamE5.
