Workshop Transaction Records for Motorcycle Spare-Part Recommendation Research

This dataset contains work order (WO) transaction records collected from motorcycle service workshops in Indonesia. The data supports research on context-aware hybrid filtering for spare-part recommendation in automotive after-sales environments. Each record represents a single service visit and includes vehicle information (motorcycle type, year of manufacture, odometer reading), customer demographic attributes (city, occupation category), service metadata (service date, job type, service category, payment date), spare-part transaction details (part ID, part description, cost per part), workshop operational timestamps (job start, finish, final check, payment), and promotional and booking information where applicable. The cleaned dataset was merged with a masterparts.xlsx reference file to assign functional category labels (Kelompok Barang) to each part.
