To identify the function of RBP SAMD4A in hESC self-renewal and lineage specification. We constructed SAMD4A knockdown hESCs. We performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) on WT and SAMD4A knockdown human embryonic stem cells and analyzed the gene expression profiling using the data. Overall design: To explore the function of RBP SAMD4A in hESC self-renewal and lineage specification. We constructed SAMD4A knockdown hESC line, and analyzed the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in WT and SAMD4A knockdown hESCs (three replicates for each).
