Whole genome resequencing of Arma chinensis

A total of 18 individuals spanning three consecutive inbreeding generations (9 F1, 4 F2, and 5 F3) reared indoors was used for the construction of 150-bp paired-end libraries. The genomes of the 18 individuals were then resequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
