基于靶向招商企业画像（技术领域、投资偏好、产能需求），匹配福州土地、政策、人才资源，生成定制化招商方案。数据来源：一是整合市发改委、市工信局、市数据管理局等各委办局及市属集团的企业、专利、投融资、项目、成果、风险等多维度数据；二是向外采购全国企业信用信息、专利数据库、招投标平台等第三方数据，覆盖企业运营、产业链图谱、创新成果等6大维度。Based on targeted enterprise profiles for investment attraction (covering technical fields, investment preferences and production capacity demands), this dataset matches Fuzhou's land, policy and talent resources to generate customized investment attraction schemes. The data sources are as follows: Firstly, multi-dimensional data covering enterprise information, patents, investment and financing, projects, achievements and risks are integrated from various municipal commissions and offices such as the Fuzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Data Administration, as well as municipal directly-affiliated groups; Secondly, third-party data including national enterprise credit information, patent databases and bidding platforms are externally procured, covering 6 major dimensions including enterprise operations, industrial chain maps and innovative achievements.
