Final_Organoids_Dataset

The dataset contains 23,063 annotated images of intestinal organoids captured via transmitted-light microscopy during various developmental stages. The dataset is structured into four morphological classes: 0-cysts (early, non-budding organoids), 1-early budding organoids, 2-late budding organoids, and 3-spheroids (tumorigenic or regenerative). Images were pre-processed to a standard resolution of 224x224 pixels and annotated with class labels to facilitate automated classification tasks. The dataset is pivotal for advancing automated image analysis in organoid research, supporting applications in colorectal cancer modeling, precision medicine, and drug discovery.
