Differential gene expression in breast cancer cell lines treated with a Baicalein at 100 uM concentration

To investigate the effect of baicalein on human breast cancer cell lines. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two different breast cancer cell lines, with 3 replicates each of control and treated. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using Library Prep Kit following manufacturer's protocols.
