AIM-AHEAD Year 4 P4 - Project 2473 Dataset

Project Title: Implementing a Statewide AI‑Driven Smoking Cessation Initiative Project Awardee: Ruosi Shao This dataset is derived from the OCHIN Community Health Database – AIM‑AHEAD and implemented as a set of views. It includes patients aged 10 and older with at least one encounter between 2015 and 2024, supporting analyses of tobacco use, smoking cessation–related outreach, and care engagement patterns over time. The dataset includes patient demographics (sex, age, race, ethnicity, language, payer, federal poverty level, ZIP/ZCTA, homelessness status, and marital status), visit‑level data, provider and care site characteristics, vital signs including tobacco‑use measures, condition diagnoses related to tobacco use and selected mental and behavioral health conditions, immunization records, medication exposures including cessation‑related therapies, procedure data related to counseling and treatment services, mortality indicators, and structured patient screening data including substance use and depression screening instruments.
