ddRADseq Relict Darter (E. chienense) and Clarks Darter (E. cf. oophylax)

The goal of this study was to provide the first examination at the genetics of the federally endangered Relict Darter and its sister taxon the Clarks Darter. Providing genetic data for endangered species is incredibly important for conservation officials to make informed management decisions. This work will be used in the next evaluation of the Relict Darter.
